SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items will be posted via Australia Post Satchels.

Shipping Costs are calculated per 500 grams.

All orders under 125 grams will be folded into an envelope. if you wish for your order not to be folded please choose express or contact us.

To get the most out of your Shipping Costs you can manually add together your items weight (all weights are in the item descriptions)

Example: If you were to buy a Starter Pack which weighs 265 grams you will be charged the same shipping cost as if you were to add some extra stickers/grip tape until you reached 500 grams.

We highly suggest getting the most 'bang for your buck' for your shipping cost, especially those ordering Intentionally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges though shipping is to be paid for by the customer. If the new item is a different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

Refunds

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase you will receive 100% of the purchase price, this will exclude shipping charges.

Warranty

If you have received a faulty product you will be sent a new product free of charge.
